Access more than 30 days of logs in the UI
Currently when viewing logs in Vero, its only possible to see up to 30 days worth of data. This is not enough to debug issues in every case, more than 30 days worth of logs should be accessible.
Clone (duplicate) a campaing with status "Scheduled"
For some reason it's not possible to clone a camapign when it's sheduled for being sent. Right now it seems It's only possible when it has been sent or when it's a draft.
Delay email if customer received an email in the last X hours/days
We have several types of emails sending to users, behavioral, campaigns, workflows, and these can end up overlapping quite easily. As a customer, receiving 2-3 emails in a short period from any website is annoying and makes them look unprofessional. As the title suggests, it would be great to be able to delay a customer being sent an email if they have received another email in the last X minutes/hours/days. Obviously these would not include, or apply to, transactional emails.
The ability to see what the email looks like when the user has darkmode set as their preference in their email client. The ability to set the colors for dark mode.
Adjust conversion time period per workflow/ email
Adjust the conversion time period per email OR workflow. Sometimes the conversion should be just 1 day, in others it should by up to 30 days.
SMS as a channel
In a workflow and newsletters, add the option to send an SMS message to customers. Edit: Updated to reflect SMS in both workflows and newsletters, our intention is to add new channels in a way that supports all types of campaign.
