We’re marking this as complete as we have released a feature that gives the ability to export the full log history for any specific user from their customer profile. You can see more in the release note: https://getvero.canny.io/changelog/download-all-customer-logs
After talking to users, the primary use case here was to troubleshoot specific sends to customers, generally for customer support. We don’t have any immediate plans to make the full historic logs available on the aggregate “Logs” page but will consider in the future.

Long overdue we are finally in the process of building this. You will be able to export all logs for a given user profile from the UI. We can't wait to release this little feature!

This is becoming more and more urgent for us to be able to pull logs for specific cases - in this case, I need to see a set of emails that were sent to a user 60 days ago - understand the load and reason to not serve them up all the time, but we should be able to pull specific logs as needed!

Agreed with Saphira! I would like to have more visibility into the data we are collecting in our campaigns. Would love to have this time frame to at least 90 days out

Only being able to see 30 days of logs is a constant blocker for our team. This would save a lot of time!
