Pin A/B Test groups for the whole test period

When conducting an A/B test with multiple send outs, pin the test group, so the same group will receive the test and control during the whole test period. It should also be able to include new users during, who will be assigned to either test or control

    We've moved this suggestion to our "Backlog" queue. At the current time we aren't intending to build this feature over the coming 18 months, but we will reconsider annually and if there are extra votes on this feature.
