Improve how segmentation on dates are being handled. When using iso8601 coded timestamps it is a bit confusing how to build a query, as the options (less than, greater than etc.) suggest that this is a standard numeric value. It would be a good improvement if it was possible to segment on iso8601 coded dates the "traditional" way (before, after, between) and maybe even with a date picker.

Currently you need to set filters before every message in a workflow to remove users. This increases the time to setup and increase chance of user error. It would be valuable to set events at the workflow level that would eject users.

It would be convenient to have the ability to schedule a workflow at a preferred day/time like newsletters. Our current solution is to create one campaign for each email we want to send out as part of a email journey. Only because workflow doesn't allow us to trigger it at preferred time and date. It would be much easier to maintain those emails if we can use workflow since everything will be in one place.

Release a full API that provides access to all elements of the UI programmatically.

API access to all features in the UI such as campaigns, segments, templates, etc.

Add the ability to automate multi-step message campaigns (similar to Workflows in Vero Cloud) which are triggered by either a recurring trigger or when users enter a specified audience.

In a workflow and newsletters, add the option to send an SMS message to customers.

Edit: Updated to reflect SMS in both workflows and newsletters, our intention is to add new channels in a way that supports all types of campaign.

Currently when viewing logs in Vero, its only possible to see up to 30 days worth of data. This is not enough to debug issues in every case, more than 30 days worth of logs should be accessible.
