A few UI tweaks

We've just pushed live a few long-requested cosmetic changes:

• id and email now appear at the top of filters when creating segments and automated campaigns.

• We've added a View report link to each individual email in a series campaign. The new reports we launched earlier this year support more detailed views and this aligns the UI with those changes.Have a great Thursday 🎉.
