We're excited to share the first step in bringing Workflows to Vero 2.0, Journeys is now available in beta!

Journeys reimagines our classic Workflows feature with: a faster, cleaner and more intuitive experience, built on a brand new visual canvas and improved UI.

You can already start building multi-step, event-triggered email campaigns, automate follow-ups, and map out messaging flows with ease.

This release is Phase 0 of a larger rollout. Journeys lays the foundation for powerful visual campaign automation in Vero 2.0, however it doesn't yet include all the advanced features you may be used to in Workflows 1.0.

In coming releases, we'll be adding:

• Advanced audience filtering

• More trigger options

• Branching logic (if/else)

As well as brand new features over and above what you can already do in Vero 1.0:

• SMS and push notification nodes

• Node-level reporting

• Version control

Everything we’ve built in Phase 0 has been designed with these upcoming features in mind. While they aren’t yet visible in the UI, the underlying architecture is already in place to support them. This means we can deliver these enhancements faster and with fewer breaking changes in future releases.

If you rely heavily on the functionality listed above, we recommend waiting to migrate fully until a later phase. But if you’re curious to see what’s coming — and want to help shape the future of Journeys — we’d love for you to try the beta and share your feedback.
