You can now remove suppressions directly from a user’s profile. If a user is currently suppressed, you’ll see a “Remove suppression” button. Simply click to re-enable email sends instantly.

This means you no longer need to contact support to lift a suppression. It’s quicker, easier, and puts control back in your hands.

As always, make sure you continue to respect all appropriate regulations around email subscriptions and consent when removing suppressions.
