The eagle-eyed among you will have noticed a brand new Profiles section in Vero 2.0 🎉.Profiles replaces the old Subscriptions page in Vero 2.0 and will eventually take the place of the Customers page in Vero 1.0. It combines the depth of data access you know from Vero 1.0 with the improved UI and functionality of Vero 2.0, giving you full visibility and detailed control over every piece of user data stored in Vero.The new Profiles layout includes a high-level Overview with a snapshot of each user, alongside dedicated tabs for deeper dives into specific data. With Profiles, you can easily:<ul><li>View and manage user properties, tags, and devices</li><li>See exactly which Vero 1.0 segments a user belongs to (Vero 2.0 Segments coming soon 👀)</li><li>Explore all of a user’s recent activity</li><li>View and manage a user’s subscription status</li></ul>Profiles isn’t just a new UI — it’s also a crucial step toward our next big releases. Soon you’ll also have granular control over multi-channel subscription statuses and suppressions, as well as a brand new Segmentation engine in Vero 2.0.
