Clone (duplicate) a project

The idea here would be for us to be able to setup a base / template project that would have standard templates, workflows, behavioural, transactional and other bits of configuration to allow us to spool up a new project fast. We isolate our clients into their own projects and rolling out new projects for new clients adds a lot of overhead to our workflow.
