We're considering to drop vero as it is becoming a crucial feature to be able to notify a user on any platform such as slack, whatsapp, telegram etc.

We haven't moved on this as fast as we would like but we have been making progress. There have been lots of backend changes to make along the way.
We've been designing a feature called "Custom Channels" that we believe is a great solution to this original request. Would you be open to getting on a call with Chris and I for us to talk it through and show some mockups? Would love to hear if it'd be what you need.

Rory Colsell: Hi Rory, for sure I'd like a call, we would be glad to beta test it aswell since it's a very urgent need on our side. We are considering some quirk process right now using SNS failure to redirect to a Lambda that would process the message to any channel but I don't really like it.

Matt Reilly & Saphira Howell: We will have a more accurate update for this feature shortly, as we plan out our Q2 timeline. It hasn't made it into Q1, however our current thinking is that we'll try to complete it in Q2, but this is to be confirmed. I will update here and mark as planned as soon as I have more to share, which should be very soon.

What about receiving webhooks and processing them?
Example one: I use Paperform.co and when visitors fill out my form Paperform sends a webhook to Integromat (Zapier alternative) which then adds the new contact to Vero. Instead Paperform could send the webhook directly to Vero which accepts it as a trigger in a Workflow and processes it.
Example two: when a new subscriber is added to Vero, a Workflow sends a webhook to Clearbit and then processes the responding result sent back to Vero.

This is an important feature to trigger actions in 3rd-party apps while we don't have native integrations with them.

Right now I'm being forced to send an email to postmark and hit the webhook from there. This would makes things much more straightforward.
