More operators for strings when creating segments

Currently creating a segment based on a Customer property, we only have access to the 'equal to' operator. It would be extremely helpful to have some additional operators, such as 'contains' 'is set' 'is not set' etc.

    @Max MacGregor, we're doing some tidying up on our request board. The filter "user has property X" should include "contains" already. Is there still something we could add here that is missing? Or does this work as you want and we can close this one out as "Completed"?
