Resubscribe event in webhooks

There's an unsubscribe event, but no corresponding resubscribe event if, for example, a user decides to resubscribe on the Vero-hosted one-click unsubscribe page. This can cause data in other downstream systems to get out of sync with the user's subscribe status.
