Scheduled workflow

It would be convenient to have the ability to schedule a workflow at a preferred day/time like newsletters. Our current solution is to create one campaign for each email we want to send out as part of a email journey. Only because workflow doesn't allow us to trigger it at preferred time and date. It would be much easier to maintain those emails if we can use workflow since everything will be in one place.
