Workflow if user has not triggered an event

Currently there is no ability to trigger Workflows where there is a lack of event within a specific period. This would be extremely useful to trigger journeys to lapsing customers.

    We are looking at exactly this right now but for use in newsletters so we can create drip-campaign newsletters.
